[台北 Taipei] 補時 Stoppage Time 精選

補時一詞，我會想到踢足球的補時階段。現在這詞也是在台北和平東路二段，師大附近的一家咖啡店。我想他們的店名由來應該是在他們的fb看到的這一句: "你知道，在補時時間，甚麼都可能發生"
Stoppage Time is one of my favorite coffee shop in Taipei, mainly because of their desserts. It has a sentence on their facebook page "during stoppage time, anything could be happened", this impressed me a lot.




簡約的裝潢，店裡有一張大桌，我拍了老闆，照片中中間的那位，長頭髮，很有個性的，印象很深刻。牆上不時會播放足球賽事或電影，沒聲音的放心，不會吵。

There's a big table inside the coffee shop. Sometimes football matches or movies are played on the wall (voice muted so no worries).

我喜歡像他這種"多功能咖啡店"，鹹食甜點飲料都做得非常到位亦好吃。飲料我跟朋友都點茶，我點的是大吉嶺綠茶，朋友的我忘了。茶類都不會加糖水，很不錯。

I like this kind of coffee shop - providing savories, tea and coffee, desserts. We didn't try their coffee, their ice teas are nice.

這次因為是下午茶時間來，就沒有吃鹹食。試了他們四款甜食。檸檬開心果磅蛋糕，平常我對磅蛋糕都是比較感冒，總會覺得他們很乾。這裡卻做得濕潤富開心果香，檸檬糖霜也是香氣撲鼻，做得非常不錯。

Pisachio pound cake with lemon icing Good in quality, moist, full of pistachio aroma. Tasty with the lemon icing.


檸檬塔
愛吃酸的我很喜歡這裡的檸檬塔，塔底很薄，檸檬卡士達又香又酸，而且不會過硬，好吃！

Tarte au citrus If you like sour lemon tart you'd definitely enjoy this here. Adequate sourness lemon filling with tasty pastry shell.


蘋果酸奶蛋糕
酸奶做成mousse，酸奶的奶香很濃郁但清爽，底下的蘋果以肉桂煮過，這個配搭我們都很喜歡。
Cinnamon apples and sour cream mousse
Sour cream mousse taste rich but the texture is light, I like the combination of this mousse cake, apples are full of cinnamon scent.


焦糖洋梨吐司
我覺得到這就一定不能錯過他們的法式吐司，我在家也沒辦法做到這樣，裡面吃起來是布丁狀的！美味得不得了。焦糖洋梨配上冰淇淋，整個就是很完整而且十分美味的甜食。後來有找食譜，會試試做做看 :)

French toast with caramelized pear
I love their French toast very much! Texture likes pudding, soft and eggy, amazing! Tasty to eat with caramelized pear and icecream, want to try making this kind of French toast at home.

是一家我會想回來的店，下次會想吃看看他們的鹹食，還有抹茶塔。

I'd like to visit again next time, to try their savories and matcha tart.
