[台北] 豐盛號 碳烤吐司/紅茶牛奶 Fung Sang Hao Chargrilled toast

網路上的台北十大早餐一定會看到這家豐盛號榜上有名，好友Henry說要吃一定要很早來排隊。多得他的陪伴，找了一天起個一大早來吃。If you search "top 10 breakfast" in Taipei, here must be the one on the list. Have to come very early otherwise the food would be sold out.


才六點多，已經有不少人排隊。我們是排第五組。
6:30am around there're already a long queue, we're at the 5th table.


店面不大，而且吐司是現烤的，所以要等要排，這個不難明白。坐下前已經先點餐了，所以坐下後就直接等吃。

The place is quite small, and the toast are made by order and the quantities are limited, it's not hard to understand people come here early.


紅茶牛奶 / 蔗香紅茶
比較推薦他們的紅茶牛奶，牛奶是選用主恩牧場牛奶，奶香十足很好喝！紅茶是用林華泰茶行的紅茶，也不錯。

Don't miss their milk tea or milk, it's from local farm.

吃了幾款他們的碳烤吐司，厚而鬆軟，有麵包香和碳烤香，不錯吃的。

Their toasts are from Pingdong, made from the owner's family. Nice and soft with chargrilled scent.


豐盛三明治
他們的招牌，材料也很多，有番茄、高麗菜、馬鈴薯沙拉、豬肉跟蛋。豬肉好吃味道很好，但他們的馬鈴薯沙拉沒甚麼味道，應該是說美乃滋的味道不夠濃郁。愛清淡的朋友或許會喜歡，但我只覺得還好。

Their signature sandwiches. They contain tomatoes, lettuce, potato salad, pork loins and egg. Pork loins are tasty but I don't like their potato salad, tasteless and without any potato flavor.


肉蛋起司 / 辣肉蛋起司
反而我會喜歡吃他們的肉蛋，豬肉夠味，醃料的味道很棒，看他們的fb說他們有買一部機給豬肉按摩的，加上豬肉是神農奬家鄉豬，是頂級好肉。雞蛋跟起司亦恰如其分，簡單款卻較得我心。辣肉蛋起司是加上他們的辣椒醬，愛辣的朋友可以選這一款。
I like their simple one - pork loin, egg and cheese. Their pork is from local awarded pork, very flavorful and delicious. If you like spicy, you can choose the spicy one, their spice sauce is homemade.


棉花糖
冬天限定的棉花糖口味，就是平常會吃到的烤棉花糖搭吐司，早餐吃這個感覺蠻特別的。
A sweet flavor, marshmallow, winter only. Nothing special but a good choice if you want a sweet one.

如果要我再去這樣等我就不會了，但吐司本身是有水準的，口味問題人人不同，給你們做個參考。

I don't want to wait for the sandwiches for too long even some of them are tasty. I believe there're other choices of chargrilled sandwiches in Taipei.
