Tweet 台北 樂埔匯農樂埔町一號糧倉 新鮮在地食材好味道 Leputing Brasserie 2016.09.21 台北, 台灣, 西菜 老倉庫改造的餐廳+農產品店 – 樂埔匯農樂埔町一號糧倉。在Facebook看他們的照片拍得很美，我又喜歡吃台灣的在地食材，找了一個晚上跟兩位好友到訪。A restaurant reformed from a warehouse – Leputing Brasserie. They aim at using local fresh ingredients to make the dishes.
原先的老倉庫是建於1945年二次大戰時，日軍為了儲備軍糧所興建的，國民政府接手後成為存放麻布袋的地方，到了2000年荒廢。2013年，台北市政府文化局與立偕生活文化團隊接手，開始大改造成為現在的餐廳+商店。The warehouse was built in 1945, during world war 2, Japanese armies save the food in this place. After that the Taiwanese government stores sacks at this place until 2000. At 2013, a cultural group reformed the warehouse as “Leputing".下層是"樂埔滙農"，有不同的農產品和台灣生鮮食材販售，我喜歡這裡的調味料選擇也多，每項產品都會列明來源，讓選購者有清晰的食材資訊。Food store is on the first floor. A good place to buy fresh salad, fruits, meat and seasonings.
上層是餐廳。有午餐、下午茶以及晚餐。平日晚上人不算太多，氣氛也很不錯。我跟朋友三個不算太餓來用餐，沒辦法吃到他們的主菜。Restaurant is upstairs. Lunch, tea and dinner are served everyday.

紫胡蘿蔔沒有草腥味，加上芒果、檸檬原汁，不錯喝。Purple carrot mixed with mango and lemon juice.
遠遠看著你 清爽湯品 Tomato vegetable soup 150NT
其中一位朋友點了這個，是番茄蔬菜湯。湯頭清爽不會太酸，番茄香蠻突出的。Fresh and aromatic tomato and vegetable soup.

我跟另外一個朋友選擇這個，當天是南瓜濃湯。鮮奶油沒有下太多，南瓜的甜味作主導，濃稠度也剛好。能喝得出來他們兩款湯頭都用上很多新鮮的瓜菜去做。Rich and creamy pumpkin soup, can taste the sweetness from the pumpkin.
我的天菜 繽紛時蔬沙拉 Mixed Salad 280NT
我們三個都非常喜歡這道沙拉，主要是因為菜蔬新鮮，除了蔬菜還有紅菜頭、玉米筍、紅黃椒跟鮮甜的小番茄，沙拉醋的調味亦好，酸度適中。份量蠻大的，吃完這個沙拉再喝湯其實已經有點飽。Fresh and tasty salad, the veggie leaves are very fresh with beetroot, juicy tomatoes. Portion is quite big.
口舌纏綿 炸豬Q尾 Deep fried pork tail 280NT
把豬尾的皮跟肉切碎，做成豬尾的條狀，裹上脆漿再去炸，肉的質感帶黏度，骨頭已經去掉，外層又薄又脆，配上旁邊的菜很好吃。Using the skin and meat from pork tail to make the rolls. Delicious to eat with cocktails or wine.
胭脂濃情 大蝦麵 pasta with shrimp sauce 420NT這個是大蝦意大利麵，用上不少新鮮蝦子去煮的，每條意大利麵都吸了滿滿的蝦味，愛吃蝦的朋友一定會很喜歡。Very flavorful shrimp pasta, shrimp lovers will surely love this.
