之前住過中山意舍酒店，喜歡他們在簡約中見細節和玩味風格。最近入住西門町意舍酒店，亦是一樣喜歡。時尚簡單的房間處處看到他們對住客的貼心，尤其喜歡他們自己設計的拖鞋還有台灣品牌的盥洗用品。
Came back to Amba Taipei for my comfort stays after busy work. Last time I have stayed at Zhongshan Amba, this time I had a great night at Ximending Amba Taipei. Chic and simple room design with thoughtful details for the customers, their own designed slippers and the MIT (Made in Taiwan) impressed me most.
地段就在西門町內，距離西門捷運站6號出口約5分鐘。酒店有包括餐廳、酒吧、咖啡店，西門町是出了名的多美食，但也不要錯過這裡的餐點，我試過他們的自助早餐，除一般的西式餐點外也有台式早餐。酒店處處都是充滿特色的設計，其位置在電影街，設計上亦有與電影有關的插畫。
The location is in Ximending, about 5 minutes from Exit 6 of Ximen MRT Station. The hotel has restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Ximending is famous for its sneaks and food, but don’t miss the meals here. I tried their buffet breakfast, besides Western dishes it has Taiwanese cuisine too. The hotel is full of characterful design, located in the film street, and also has illustrations related to the film.
房間設計簡約而富心思，洗手台是開放式設計，兩人使用洗手間更見方便。衣櫥亦是開放式設計，能更充分利用房間的空間。
The design of the room is simple and imaginative, the sink is open-plan, and it is more convenient for the two to use the bathroom. The wardrobe is also open plan, making full use of the room space.
洗手台的中央兩旁分別是馬桶及淋浴間，個人設備如毛巾、浴袍、風筒、牙刷牙膏等一應俱全。夾腳拖鞋是意舍自己設計的，穿完可帶回家。盥洗用品是台灣品牌薑心比心，很好用。
The center of the sink is on both sides of the toilet and shower room. Personal equipment such as towels, bathrobes, hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste are all available. Flip-flops are designed by the Amba group, and can be taken back home. Toiletries are the Taiwanese brand “Gin-ger”, a nice MIT brand.
桌子是黑膠唱片設計，謝謝團隊準備了懷舊零食，房間中有一小部分是走懷舊風的，但跟房間不會格格不入。
The table is a vinyl record design, thanks for the team’s preparation of nostalgic snacks, a small part of the room is in vintage style, but not incompatible with the room.
軟硬適中的床跟枕頭，一夜好眠。睡覺前都會看Netflix，只要有自己的帳號就可用他們電視看了。
Comfy bed and pillows made me good sleep. At Amba you can watch Netflix on their TV before going to bed as long as you have your own account.
